Stacey K. Gearhart
Stacey Gearhart currently serves as Office Manager in the Office of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs at the University of Virginia. Prior to joining UVA Health, she spent nearly two decades at St. Anne’s-Belfield School, where she held leadership roles in student life, admissions, and academic administration.
Throughout her career, Stacey has been deeply committed to supporting student well-being, promoting inclusion, and strengthening engagement between schools and families. Her work also included contributions to strategic planning and school-wide initiatives.
Stacey holds an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Geology from Washington & Lee University.
She is thrilled to join the RHI Board of Directors and looks forward to giving back to an organization that has had a profound impact on her own family. Stacey and her husband Mark have two remarkable children.
